How long are sessions?
Services such as reiki and intuitive guidance are customized to meet each client’s unique needs. Session length may vary depending on the type of support offered and the depth of healing desired. Every experience is carefully designed to honor your pace, process, and personal journey.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies for each individual and is guided by personal goals, progress, and the depth of healing being explored. Whether you're receiving reiki, or intuitive guidance, this is a collaborative journey.Together, we’ll tune into what feels most supportive—whether that’s a single session for energetic clarity or ongoing work for deeper transformation. The rhythm and flow of our time together will always honor your unique path, your pace, and your evolving needs.
What can I expect during a session with you?
Every session is uniquely attuned to your energy and intentions.
Intuitive Guidance sessions are fluid and deeply personal—no two are alike. We may connect with angelic realms, explore messages from your higher self, or uncover insights that support your healing and growth.
Reiki sessions are gentle and restorative. All you need to do is settle into a safe, comfortable space and allow yourself to receive. The energy flows where it’s needed most, potentially supporting balance, release, and renewal.
How do I book a session, and what’s your cancellation policy?
All sessions can be booked by simply clicking on the "Connect tab" or by sending me a message and well get things figured out together. Whether you're feeling called to Reiki, or Intuitive guidance, I’ll respond personally to help you schedule a time that feels aligned with your energy and intentions.
To honor both our time and the sacred nature of this work, cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Are sessions virtual or in-person?
I offer virtual sessions, allowing you to receive support from the comfort of your own sacred space. All you need is a quiet environment, a stable connection, and a willingness to receive.
If you're local and interested in in-person work, feel free to reach out—I occasionally offer in-person sessions depending on availability and energetic alignment.
Is this work religious or affiliated with any specific belief system?
Not at all. My work is rooted in unconditional love, intuitive wisdom, and energetic healing. While I often connect with angelic realms and spiritual guidance, it’s not tied to any religion.

You might want to bring a journal, a cozy blanket, or a favorite crystal—whatever helps you feel grounded and open.Most importantly, arrive with an open heart and a willingness to receive. That’s where the magic begins.
Can you connect with angels or spirit guides during a session?
Yes—if that’s something you’re open to. I often work with angelic energies and intuitive guidance to support your healing journey. Messages may come through in words, sensations, or imagery, always with love and respect for your highest good.
You don’t need to believe in angels for them to show up. They meet you where you are, and so do I.
Is energy healing safe for children or during pregnancy?
Yes, Reiki and intuitive energy work are gentle and non-invasive, making them safe for children and pregnant individuals. Sessions are always adapted to honor the unique energy and needs of each person.
What if I get emotional during a session?
That’s completely okay—and often a sign that something meaningful is shifting. Emotions are welcome here. Whether you cry, laugh, feel deeply, or go quiet, I hold space with compassion and zero judgment.

Do you work with people who are new to spirituality?
Yes, with open arms. You don’t need to know anything about chakras, angels, or energy healing to benefit from this work. All that’s required is curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Are your readings 100% accurate?
No intuitive is ever 100% accurate. Intuition is natural, and every message comes through with its own tone and timing. What I offer comes from years of dedication, practice, and deep spiritual commitment. I show up with honesty, presence, and my full intention to be as attuned as I can to what I’m receiving. While I can’t guarantee outcomes or promise accuracy, I always offer my work with sincerity, care, and my very best effort.
